Olena Shtepura: A Rising Star

Born on May 10, 1994, in Nizhyn, Ukraine, Olena Shtepura's artistic journey began in 2008 at a specialized art school in Kyiv, where she honed her skills in painting. In 2012, she enrolled in the National Academy of Art and Architecture, initially majoring in scenography before earning a bachelor's degree. Her passion for painting led her to pursue a master's degree in the department.

An active participant in exhibitions and competitions since her student years, Shtepura's talent gained recognition in 2019 with her first solo exhibition at Kyiv's Portal 11 gallery. That same year, she secured membership in the Union of Artists of Ukraine.

 A year later, she presented her second solo exhibition at Urban500 in Kyiv.

In 2022, Shtepura's artistic horizons expanded with a residency at "Halle4" in Austria, followed by an exhibition in Vienna.  

Shtepura's artistic pursuits continued in 2023 with residencies in Poland and Germany.

2024 solo exhibition in Vienna Gallery. 

 Currently, she resides and works in Austria.
